Side Hung / Casement
A casement window (or side hung window) is a window that is attached to its frame by one or more hinges. Casement windows are hinged at the side.
Fanlight
Our fanlight windows are Casement / Side hung windows, but with an additional small awning window at the top. Comes in small pane and open/full pane configurations.
Top Hung / Awning
An Awning window is a casement window that is hung horizontally, hinged on top, so that it swings outward like an awning. Only available in open pane.
